Perplexity Comet

Comet is Perplexity's AI browser, with an assistant that reads the page you are on, works across tabs and can carry out multi-step tasks. Available for Mac, Windows, iOS and Android — the widest platform coverage of any AI browser since ChatGPT Atlas shut down in August 2026. The browser is a free download; Perplexity Pro ($17/mo billed annually) and Max raise model access and usage limits. Agentic browsing carries prompt-injection risk, so limit which logged-in accounts it can reach.
